The Live mode doesn’t work
SSL certificate is not installed on your domain
The most common reason why the Live mode is not available in your Magic Mirror is that you don’t have an SSL certificate installed on your domain. In this case, please ask your web developer or server administrator to set it up.
Glasses are not 3D-ready
The other most common reason is that your glasses are not 3D-ready. The eyeglasses must have both front and side photos uploaded.
